Share links contain a random token; the server stores only its hash, so after a page reload the “Copy link” button mints a fresh token (the old link then dies). Setting a password protects the download link. Expired transfers are swept hourly by the server.
Tip: for a large folder tree, Chrome/Edge/Firefox folder upload works
best; Safari users should use the sluse CLI. A reload
mid-upload keeps your progress — re-select the same folder to resume.
